1. SCOPE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Security of personal data
- Your personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form. We use the SSL (secure socker layer) encryption system. We secure our website and other systems with technical and organisational measures against loss and destruction of your data, against access to, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons.

We process and store personal data:
- For the period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract, i.e. for the period of the order and warranty period.
- 1 year from the end of the warranty period for the purpose of resolving potential disputes.
- For the period for which We, as the administrator, are obliged to keep them in accordance with generally binding legal regulations. Accounting documents issued by Us are archived in accordance with the law for 10 years from their issue.
- Communications are kept for 2 years.
- Consent to marketing offers is valid for 4 years or until revoked.
- In other cases, the processing period results from the purpose of the processing or is determined by the legal regulations on the processing of personal data.
4. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

At any time, you can request confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where we obtained the personal data and whether or not automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place on the basis of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and we may charge reasonable administrative costs for further provision.
- Right to rectification
You can ask us to correct or complete your personal data at any time if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to erasure
We must erase your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, the processing is unlawful, you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or we are required to do so by law.
