How to shop

  1. You can shop on our e-shop as a registered or unregistered customer. As a registered customer you have certain advantages over a non-registered customer.
  2. On the product pages "Fabrics" and "Accessories" you can use various filters to narrow your selection to the products you are interested in at the moment, so you don't have to wade through our huge selection of products.
  3. The products you place in the shopping cart will remain reserved for 4 hours (2 hours during the seasonal sale) from the time you place your order. If you do not complete your order within this time, the shopping cart will be emptied.
  4. If you are not sure about the colour of your chosen fabric, use our Free Samples service where we will send you up to 10 free samples.
  5. To order free samples, use the "Order free sample" button in the product details. We do not send samples from Last pieces.
  6. If you choose the payment method IN PERSON at the shop, the products are reserved for you at the shop for 4 days.
  7. If you have 60 cm or less in your Shopping Cart from any item, it is not possible to select DELIVERY as a payment method.
  8. If the value of the goods you have selected in the Shopping Cart is more than 19.500,- CZK, it is not possible to use the ZÁSILKOVNA for shipping. 
  9. When registering or filling in your details during the purchase process, please pay extra attention when filling in your email and phone number. The moment you enter one or the other with an error, it will be very difficult to contact you in case of any issues and even confirmation emails would not reach you.
  10. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you complete your order. If this does not happen, please do not hesitate to contact us so that any problems can be resolved immediately to your satisfaction.
